Drilling and Boring Services for Arizona Properties
Seepage Pit Drilling, Horizontal Directional Boring & Deep Foundation Shafts
Drilling & Boring Services for Residential and Commercial Properties
SewerTime operates drilling rigs built for the soil conditions found across Maricopa County. Whether you need a seepage pit for a home septic system, a directional bore under a driveway, or foundation piers for a new build, our crews have the equipment and experience to get it done right.
Our rotary and pneumatic hammer drilling systems handle both vertical and horizontal applications, keeping projects on schedule and avoiding costly open-cut excavation when trenchless methods are the better option.
Our Core Drilling Capabilities:
- Seepage Pits: 4ft to 6ft diameter vertical shafts engineered specifically for high-volume wastewater disposal in poor-percolation soils.
- Foundation Shafts: Deep pier and caisson drilling for residential and commercial foundations that need to reach stable bearing soil.
- Directional Boring (HDD): Trenchless underground boring for utilities, conduit, and pipe under roads, driveways, and existing structures.
When is Specialized Drilling Required?
When standard excavation can't reach target depth, or when trenching would disrupt existing structures and pavement, specialized drilling provides the solution. Seepage pits are required when shallow soil percolation tests fail and horizontal leach fields are not viable.
Our drilling systems are capable of penetrating hard soil and rock to reach suitable percolation zones, satisfying ADEQ requirements for properties where conventional septic systems won't perform.
Three Core Drilling Services
SewerTime offers vertical and horizontal drilling for septic, utility, and structural applications across the Phoenix Metro. From seepage pit drilling to trenchless directional boring and deep foundation shafts, we have the right equipment for each job.
Seepage Pit Drilling
Large-diameter vertical shafts for properties where leach fields aren't viable. Drilled to depth, lined with perforated concrete rings, and backfilled with graded drain rock. ADEQ-permitted and compliant.
Directional Boring (HDD)
Trenchless horizontal boring for utilities, conduit, and pipe under roads, driveways, and existing structures. No open-cut excavation required. Ideal for roads, irrigation, and fiber runs.
Foundation Shafts
Deep caisson and pier drilling for structural foundations on commercial and residential projects. We drill to specified depth and diameter, providing a clean shaft ready for steel and concrete placement.
