We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to us, other users, or third parties.

All content on SewerTime.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, design elements, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Theme 10 LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any content on this website without prior written permission from Theme 10 LLC is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Service Terms

Estimates

Estimates provided by SewerTime are based on the information available at the time of assessment and are not binding. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen conditions are discovered during service.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We make every effort to accommodate your preferred service times. However, scheduling is subject to availability. We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Licensing

SewerTime is a licensed, insured, and bonded contractor operating under ROC# 333406 in the State of Arizona. All work is performed in accordance with applicable state and local regulations.

Warranty and Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of service. Warranties apply to workmanship performed by SewerTime and do not cover pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or damage caused by third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, SewerTime Services, Heritage AZ LLC and Theme 10 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use our website or services
  • Any errors or omissions in website content
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
  • Any third-party conduct related to our services

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

SMS Terms

Program name: SewerTime Services customer notifications.

Who sends the messages: All text messages in this program are sent by SewerTime Services.

Program description: We send customer care and account notification text messages to customers who opt in, about their own service with us: appointment confirmations, reminders and schedule changes; technician on-the-way, arrival and job-complete updates; links to view estimates and to view and pay invoices, payment receipts, and payment reminders for open invoices; and replies to questions or service requests the customer has sent us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How to opt in: You agree to receive these text messages at the mobile number you provide by (1) checking the optional SMS consent box on a form on our website, (2) agreeing verbally when you book service with us by phone or in person, or (3) texting us first. Consent is not required to submit a form, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

  • Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
  • To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT also work. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again (for example, by replying START).

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SewerTime Services (Heritage AZ LLC) and Theme 10 LLC, and their respective members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website or services shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
