Having a problem with a septic tank is stressful, but having a problem with a leach field drainage system is another level of stressful. From permit, to digging, to installing the system and removing the dirt, to finally tidying the site is a process and indeed you need to work with a crew that has a right equipment, knowledge and patience. Being a home builder all my life it was great to find a service provider who was so responsive! From the first phone call (actual humans answer!!) late Friday they were on it. Dispatched a crew Saturday morning to get us through the weekend and then came back and finished the job on Monday. Just like they said they would! Got the tank pumped, filter cleaned and extension/caps put on the tank for the future. Highly recommend!

We am ecstatic! After over 4 years of battling our septic system problems, we were lucky enough to find Sewer Time. Once again, we had another surprise backup & they came out the next morning to pump it out. 10 days later - another surprise backup! We called again & asked to help figure this out. They came out again to pump it out & brought Travis to help determine the problem. Travis was back in a few days & got to work. He was professional, considerate, knew exactly what he was doing and found the problem the first day of digging & trenching. It was a badly installed pipe @ the tank which was broken and cracked. I never saw anyone work so hard (and of course it was a hot day). Other companies just assumed it was the drain field not holding water anymore & were more than willing to tear up my yard making a new one and put us in debt. Travis found our problem & saved us from the expense of another drain field. We are so appreciative! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sewer Time! Wow. Truly one of the best contractor experiences we’ve had. We needed septic risers installed on short notice before an upcoming turf installation, and this company absolutely exceeded expectations from start to finish. Even though we were working within a tight timeline, communication over email was outstanding, responses were incredibly fast, and the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. The technician who came out was meticulous with his work and clearly took pride in doing the job correctly. He carefully measured, leveled, and adjusted everything with the final landscaping grade in mind rather than rushing through the installation. It was obvious he genuinely cared about the quality of the finished result. It is rare these days to find a company that combines professionalism, responsiveness, knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service the way this one does. The entire experience was smooth, stress free, and honestly incredibly impressive. We could not be happier with the final result and would recommend this company without hesitation.

I have to say that Stacey, Travis, and Jeff were fantastic... Fast, professional, and efficient in helping me with our needs.

Jeff was amazing. Let us know he was on the way first thing today and promptly got to work on arrival. He was polite and pleasant while showing me where our issues were and making sure I knew things had been addressed before leaving. Definitely will ask for Jeff next time we need service.

Travis was exceptional when did review of my issue. He took many photos and listened to me explain how things were located. He explained that I would receive a quote from his manager on what the possible cost would be, but have yet to receive one.
