Estimates

Estimates provided by SewerTime are based on the information available at the time of assessment and are not binding. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen conditions are discovered during service.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We make every effort to accommodate your preferred service times. However, scheduling is subject to availability. We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Licensing

SewerTime is a licensed, insured, and bonded contractor operating under ROC# 333406 in the State of Arizona. All work is performed in accordance with applicable state and local regulations.

Warranty and Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of service. Warranties apply to workmanship performed by SewerTime and do not cover pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or damage caused by third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, SewerTime and Theme 10 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
