The Work
What You'll Do
- Operate excavator and skid steer on septic install and repair jobs
- Trench, dig, and backfill for tanks, leach fields, and drywells
- Set tanks, chambers, and system components to grade
- Check grades and assist with laser level work
- Spot utilities and keep the dig site safe
- Leave job sites clean and squared away
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on heavy equipment experience — excavator and/or skid steer
- Valid driver's license with a clean record; CDL a plus
- Comfortable reading grades; laser level experience a plus
- Comfortable with physical outdoor work in Arizona weather
