Septic pumping, tank replacement, and lift station service across Surprise — Sun City Grand, Marley Park, Sterling Grove, Asante, and the rural acreage west of Cotton Lane. NAWT-certified, ROC #333406, dispatched from our Phoenix West depot.
Surprise, AZ
Surprise has grown faster than its sewer infrastructure in some areas, and that's why the city is one of our most active septic service markets in the NW Valley. The standout neighborhood is Sun City Grand — a Del Webb 55+ community where a significant portion of the original 1996–2005 homes still operate on individual septic systems despite being inside city limits. Combine that with newer master-planned developments like Marley Park, Sterling Grove, and Asante, and Surprise gives us a healthy mix of older systems needing replacement and newer systems hitting their first major service interval.
The neighborhoods we work most often: Sun City Grand (the largest concentration of residential septic in Surprise), Marley Park, Sterling Grove, Asante (rural-edge lots on the north side of Surprise heading toward Wittmann), and the rural acreage west of Cotton Lane where 1-acre and larger horse properties run on bigger tanks. Sun City Grand alone generates roughly 40% of our Surprise residential septic volume. Commercial lift station demand on the Bell Road retail corridor, the Greenway medical campus, and multi-family complexes rounds out the book.
Surprise sits inside Maricopa County, so septic permits go through the Maricopa County Environmental Services Department. Sun City Grand has its own HOA expectations around contractor presentation, work hours, and cleanup — we work inside those rules. We operate under ROC #333406 with NAWT certification on every install.
